Join us for a pause after a busy week to reset your mind and body as we transition into Shabbat. Sessions will focus on breathing, poses, and meditation to create a sense of peace and renewal. You will feel relaxed, centered and ready for the next phases of your weekend. Led by instructor, Cathleen Baker, these classes will be conducted as a four-part series. Please try to attend at least three sessions.  No previous yoga necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or (two to share) pillow and a towel.

Classes are free to TINW members and a $10 suggested donation to the Caring Committee for non-members.   Click the following link to complete a yoga student waiver that each participant must provide before taking the class.
