Visit By Train:

Approximately one hour from Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan (depending on train choice), Croton-Harmon is the nearest stop to Temple Israel on both Metro North and Amtrak lines.  Taxis await at the Croton-Harmon station most hours of the day and local taxis can be called if none are available at the station.
