New Member commitment Form & Info
When you are ready for the next step, you may complete the information in the Temple Israel 2025-26 New Member Commitment Form below. This will be all the information you'll need to create an account and start your membership. Once your account is created and confirmed by our Director of Finance and Membership, Robin Safarowic, you can log in to register students in the Center for Jewish Learning, enter your family's yahrzeit details, add contact data, edit payment options and complete interest forms so we can inform you of programs and events in which you may be most interested.

Yizkor is the memorial service recited four times a year. Yizkor, "may God remember," is the opening word of the memorial prayer to honor & remember departed loved ones & martyrs during the worship service. -

Come for music and celebration as we unroll the Torah scroll (INDOORS) and begin the cycle again. -

The program promotes a sense of peace and unity within our community and beyond through acts of loving kindness and social justice. Our goal is to bring joy into the lives of the elderly by creating floral arrangements which are distributed to local nursing homes and to build community among volunteers through this process. -

Try Rug Hooking at Temple Israel! Join the Hudson River Rug Hookers for a fun and creative craft — your first session is free! Led by longtime artist Marilyn Bottjer, you’ll learn the traditional American art of rug hooking. It’s easy to get started and a wonderful way to play with color and design using recycled materials like wool clothing or even old sweaters.
