Coach Eric Holtz is the founder of Game on 13, headquartered in Elmsford, NY. It is an innovative organization using baseball and softball to teach the next generation of incredible athletes and human beings that anything is possible. It emphasizes hard work, confidence, preparation, and teamwork - skills that will last a lifetime and impact generations to come.

Coach Holtz is a dedicated and passionate professional who had a dream - to lead an Israeli Baseball team into the Olympics - and then worked hard to turn that dream into a reality. He was a member of the champion Bet Shmesh Blue Sox in the Israel Baseball League where he served as a player/coach. This led to involvement in Israel National Baseball including being named Head Coach of the Senior Israel National Baseball team. That started an amazing three-year rigorous journey which led them to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

The story of how the Israeli team fought its way into the Olympics under Coach Holt's leadership and their incredible time while there is the centerpiece of the Coach's visit with Temple Israel. But we'll also learn about his fascinating career before and after the Olympics and the life lessons we can all take from his experiences.
