The Temple Brotherhood is once again coordinating its Kosher for Passover Wine Sale. This year we are partnering with Van Wyck Liquors in Croton. Van Wyck's is a great supporter of Temple Israel and they will be donating 20% of the sales back to Brotherhood which helps us support the Temple in many ways, such as purchasing Yom HaShoah candles, investing in our kids, contributing annually to the Confirmation Class Trip, and various other Temple activities and programs.

We continue to have many of our varietals that we traditionally offer for Passover. Gabrielle Pinot Grigio, Bartenura Moscato d’Asti, Guillermo, Teal Lake Shiraz, and the Terra Vega Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Every year Bruce and I taste 20+ wines to find the best drinking wines at various price points. This year once again, we are featuring some fantastic wines that are worthy of drinking all year around. We were not able to find a great Merlot, but both Merlot blends are fantastic.  If you are a Red Zinfandel fan, the Rosso Primativo is amazing.  And the Galil Mountain Cabernet, is one of the best Cabernets in this price point in a long time.
