You should begin filling out this form 4-6 weeks before your event for best results. Your event should be promoted beginning 5-7 days after the form is completed fully.

You must confirm dates with Robin in the office before an event will be added to the TINW calendar.

Default will end registration at the start time of the event.
You may consider including a link to a speaker's or organization's website, for example.
If a Zoom/other link is provided for an online event it will be included in all registrant's confirmation emails.  If no link is provided above you/your organization will be responsible for sharing the link among registrants.
